Cookie Policy
We use a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the product to work at all, and the rest are optional and only set once you agree. This page lists what each one does.
Strictly necessary
These keep you signed in and keep the platform secure. They cannot be turned off, because without them there is no working product.
- Session cookie: keeps you authenticated between page loads. Expires when your session ends.
- CSRF token: protects forms from cross-site request forgery. Session length.
- Workspace preference: remembers which project you were last looking at. Twelve months.
- Theme preference: remembers light or dark mode. Twelve months.
Analytics
Optional. These tell us which pages get used and where people get stuck, in aggregate. We do not use them to build advertising profiles and we do not sell what they collect.
- Product analytics: anonymous usage and feature adoption. Up to twelve months.
- Error monitoring: diagnostic context attached to crashes so we can reproduce and fix them. Up to ninety days.
Marketing
Optional. Set only on the public website, never inside the application. They tell us which campaign brought someone to the site so we know what is worth doing again.
- Attribution cookie: records the referring source for a signup. Ninety days.
Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time from the cookie settings link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser, though blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop you being able to sign in.
We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends them.
