What Launch, Scale, and Advanced include, what every plan shares, and how the limits work in practice.

What every plan includes
The tiers scale capacity, not capability. On every plan you get:
- Daily scans for every tracked country. There is no reduced schedule on cheaper tiers.
- Unlimited team members. Invite your whole team; seats are never billed. See team members.
- The full product: answer log with receipts, competitors and benchmarks, citations, missing citations, hidden searches, ads tracking, prompt research, content opportunities, sentiment, and brand insights.
- Integrations: per-project API keys, the MCP server, the article API, and the in-app AI agent.
How the limits work
- Prompts are the questions you track daily; see choosing prompts. The Add prompt flow enforces the limit, and swapping is fine: retire a prompt to free its slot.
- Projects each track one brand domain. See projects and companies.
- Countries are per project, and every tracked country scans daily.
- Platforms: every plan includes three of the five (ChatGPT Search, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude); the remaining ones are available as paid add-ons.
- Agent and MCP requests are a shared daily allowance per project; see rate limits.
Choosing a tier
Launch fits one brand in one market. Scale fits a brand watching two markets, or two brands, with room for three times the prompts; it is the recommended default. Advanced fits agencies and multi-brand teams that need up to five projects and three countries each.
If you outgrow a limit mid-cycle, upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades never delete data; you choose what stays active and the rest is archived. Details in billing.
